Hello all, yesterday I played normally but since today morning everytime i try to open the Launcher i get the error "0xc0000142" does this happen cause the maintenance?

Thats what I was reading, just wondering cause it was all sudden, yesterday I played normally shut down Pc and today I get the error. Only want to know if thats normal.
