Just want to start off by saying I absolutely love this server. Only played a few hours but am having lots of fun!
I mainly play an elf character and am having a huge problem with animation lag.
My character will get locked up and stay aiming at it's target until the target just kills me. I know there are mods for this but i can't seem to find them.
I installed the tiara mod but this version of the game won't even load with it installed.
Can anyone help?

Just having a reply is great!
I've tried to look for mods but all the download links are old and no longer work.
I assume they fixed this in the live game because i can play just fine there but cant play elf ranger at all here haha.
Still absolutely love this server though.

I have a dll with elf lag fix, I will release it soon. Until then I suggest you use this lag patch

and look into changing your MTU values (128 works pretty good for mabinogi, you can set it to 128, login, then set it back to 1500 to fix websites loading)

I thought i was suffering from elf lag but had another elf show me how they play and they were able to play ranged just fine. Told me their ping was at about 25.
I checked mine in game and it's constantly sitting at 300+
I'm fine in many other games i play,
Posting this if it matters any and also I live in Cali (as did the other player with 25ms) if that matters as well.
