Reasons:

Content Poll #4 Changes:
• #1: Stack Sizes of Wheat and Barley increased.
• #2: Stack Sizes of Ores increased.
• #3: Stack Sizes of Mana Preservation Stones increased.
• #4: Stack Sizes of Alchemy Crystals increased.
• #9: Alexina, Krug, and Castanea can now reset skills the same way Duncan can.
• #10: Skill reset is no longer affected by other characters on your account.
• #11: Ancient Medals are now tradeable.
• #12: It is now possible to unlearn Blaze by speaking to Berched. New characters no longer start with Blaze.
• #15: Setup time for Tower Cylinders decreased.
• #20: Metallurgy locations now have visible name tags.
Other changes:
• Added Melody Armlet (M and F), Sold at all general stores for 1k. Allows the user to use the "song" instruments. Produces vocal sounds.
Basic Magic Music has been changed:
• Str/Int/Dex/Will scrolls starting at rank 9 Musical Knowledge will give 2/4/6/8/12/16/20/24/30, up from 1/2/3/4/6/10/12/15.
• Luck scrolls will give 5/10/15/20/25/30/35/40/50.
• Basic Magic Music will now trigger 100% of the time. It will still randomly pick a number between your lowest and your highest possible.
• Players can now randomly create Defense and Protection Basic Magic Music scrolls through composing starting at rank 5 Musical Knowledge. Depending on rank, Defense will give 10/14/18/24/30 and Protection will give 1/2/3/4/5.
• Special Magical Music has been changed:
• Passions of Youth will now give +30 Str/Int/Dex/Will/Luck, up from +20.
• Days of Abundance will now give +50% maximum Life, up from flat 100.
• Seal of Time will now give enemies -25 Defense, up from -18.
• Briana now sells 4 new Special Magic Music Scrolls.
• Aura of Restoration will give allies 1.5 wound recovery per second. Requires r6 Music Knowledge and r9 First Aid and will take 3 mana and 2 stamina per second.
• War cry of the Defender will give allies +35% Defense and Protection, but lower Str/Int/Dex by 35%. Requires r9 Musical Knowledge, r9 Defense and r9 Combat Mastery and will take 2 mana and 1.5 stamina per second. Each pulse will last for 30 seconds.
• Nao's Smile will give allies +250% life regeneration, +750% mana regeneration and +500% stamina regeneration. Requires r7 Musical Knowledge, and r7 Party Heal and will take 4 mana and 2 stamina per second.
• Critical Moment will give both allies and enemies +10 critical. Requires rA Musical Knowledge and will take 1 mana and 0.5 stamina per second. Each pulse will last for 20 seconds.
• Item special effect set names have been translated.
• Large cooking weapons now properly use Masteries.
• Enchanted instrument strings and Intact Shyllien should now have correct rain bonuses.
• Tioz and Illyasviel Armors now properly dyeable.
• Blue Dire Wolf fomor scroll quest now sold properly by Duncan.
• Continued balancing on hidden boss, who now has some friends.
• Over 25+ Items has been added to the Spring Gachapon.
• Some of the food Ingredents did not stack up to 20 like in most grocrey's shops has it up to, this glitch is now fixed as players can now stack up some food ingredents up to 20.
• Lancer Feather Outfit (M) was missing on tailoring manual. This glitch is now fixed.
• There was a glitch where some players would get stuck upon leaving on the new iria dungeons. A workaround has been implemented to change the behavior on how the server will react if a region cannot be loaded.

Reasons:

• Minor changes to Barri dungeons end chests.
• Nora, Walter, Galvin and Effie now sell manuals to create resource carrying pouches.
• The Potion Making items: Production Failure Potion, Repair Protection Potion and Enchant Protection Potion can now be traded between players.
• The Wool Collection Pouch now holds 100 pieces of wool, up from 20.
• Certain enchants have been blocked from usage on Slate Fragments. They are noted in the enchant description.
• Fixed a wall issue in Viridian Caverns.
• Fixed a crash issue with Field Bosses.
• Special Upgrading the items Wildwood Longbow, Wildwood Glaive, Yggdrasil Staff should no longer remove set bonus points.
• Passes for a new Secret Mission have been scattered around Emain Macha and Avon.
• Translated the shop tabs of Nora, Simon, Ailionoa and Eluned and added a new tab: Specialty Manuals.
• Created blacksmithing manuals to create Iron,Copper,Silver,Gold,Mythril Cable. All are sold by Gilmore. For now, they are used as reinforcement in some tailoring manuals. More uses to come.
• Created Handicraft recipe, Miscellaneous Accessories. Used as a finishing material for some tailoring manuals.
• Created Handicraft recipe, Normal,Blessed,Elite and Ancient Jewel Powder. Used for special Ego Food.
• Removed the feature tag from the new imported fish. They should now properly spawn.
• Translated the Nekojima minimap image.
• Buffed Giant Smash skill to Nexon Mabinogis current values and updated their Skill Descriptions.
• Buffed the Ego Incarnate Skills to G14S3 Values and updated their Skill Descriptions.
• Fixed the spelling of "Lymilark" in a few items.
• Increased the stack sizes of Crafted and Special Arrows and Bolts to 200
• Increased the stack size of Sulfur ore to 10

Smash has been buffed to the Nexon NA version of smash. All values are 100% higher.

It did not. The previous patch did not properly apply the change. This one fixes it.
