March 15th 2017 2:30AM EST
to
March 15th 2017 6:00AM EST
For the following reasons:
* The Iria Treasure Hunting event will start
* Attempt: PVP channel will be fixed and back up Failure
* Attempt: Yukata Tradable (Content Polls #11)
* Attempt: Age Restriction Clothings removed (Content Polls # 7) Complete
* Attempt: Holy Moon Armor should be dyeable Complete

You're thinking of the wrong chest event.

Also if it was that one, the treasure chest event, it'd probably be premium keys for red coins
