I went through a run of Par normal, and came across some ore spots. Curious about them as I had never seen them back on live and even the wiki doesn't say anything about them, I decided to try and mine them.
From them I got a few things, including a Broken Ice Piece and a Frost Crystal. According to the wiki, those two can be used to craft an Ice Sword, although it did mention that, for both of them, they are only dropped during the Glowing Ice Sword event.
In fact, the Broken Ice Piece, according to the wiki, can't even be used for anything else than the Ice Sword, and in fact only obtained while the event was active by fishing, yet I mined it.
But as I tried to use Handicraft to craft them into an Ice Sword, it actually didn't appear in the list despite being Rank F.

So, with all that said, my question is: Is the Ice Sword actually available in Mabipro? And if it is, what would be the method to get it if not Handicraft?

Yes, regular ice swords are available. You can also get Nevermelting Ice Swords from doing the custom-made Reoite dungeon located southwest of the mana tunnel at Sella Beach in Physis.

You get the Nevermelting version by completing a quest bought from an NPC inside the dungeon for 50k. The NPC only spawns in the 'Ancient Nevermelting Ice' version of the dungeon.

Good luck

Ah, so they're available! Thanks for clearing that up, but would you know how to acquire one?

Also thanks for the indication towards the Nevermelting one!

They drop as a rare reward from Reoite dungeon as well, though I believe they have a time limit before they melt and get destroyed. You can also craft them with handicraft, but I think you need to be rank 8 or 7, and I believe that version is timed as well.
