MabiPro: The Authentic Old-School Mabinogi Experience

I have been at this for an hour or two now, and I cannot open the game at all. I have a very small folder of things, am I missing anything? I downloaded the full version, installed, and I am left with a very tiny amount of files. From what I see, there are multiple pictures containing 3 exe files. Client.exe, Mabinogi.exe, and MabinogiProfessional.exe. I, however, upon redownloading, and unpacking multiple times, am only finding two: Client.exe and MabinogiProfessional.exe. I would be super appreciative if someone could explain how to open this to me, as I would enjoy trying this server out. Thanks in advance.

It looks like you don't have the "mabipro1-1.pack". That might be the source of your problem. You will probably need to download the updated client stuff then.

Download the direct file and then put it in your package folder. Hopefully that works.

If it doesn't work then just go to downloads and get the Full Client Installer for 214 1.1

Okay sounds good. Hopefully your problem gets resolved without needing to download another huge file.

If you have all of the files, you should be able to run our launcher (MabinogiProfessional.exe) that will bring your client up to date and hopefully you should be able to start the game from there.

As for why you were missing files, it seems the self extraction process may have been failing. Do you have enough disk space? I'd suggest using WinRAR instead of the self-extractor. Just open up the EXE itself in WinRAR.

Also make sure your anti-virus isn't blocking things.

BLESS YOU, I TRIED THIS AND IT WORKED. Much appreciated. ;;. (I placed that, opened the patcher as admin and it isn't a blank white loading screen anymore.)
edit: I restarted my computer after following one of the fixes in the FAQ for (0x error thing), and the patcher is just a blank screen again. I am running as admin. I have no anti-virus running currently, and I'm lost once again....

Time to try a full re-install then :/
