Reasons:

• Fixed several typos in item and recipe descriptions.
• Fixed a few recipes that were currently uncraftable or had incorrect recipes.
• Crystal Wing Shield can now used with Wind Guard.
• Smash for Giants has been improved.
• Meditation has been improved to provide a passive increase regardless of time of day.
• Fixed a bug where Nele would be unresponsive to players who have completed G12 and are not carrying a Symphony Pass.
• Slightly improved the end rewards for Blood in the Water.
• Fixed a few incorrect textures and models on custom items.
• The frequency of pass drops for Symphony of a Fallen King has been improved, however rare item rewards from the mission itself have been lowered.
• Doors in Viridian Caverns should close less often.
• Giants should now be able to use Disco Pump!
• New items have been added to Winter Gachapon.
• An odd new Handicraft recipe has been added.
• A bug where some players could not talk to Shamala has been addressed. If you are still affected by this, please enter Symphony mission again. If this does not help, please file a ticket and a script bomb can be sent to you to resolve this.

Hello, are you able to share specifics regarding the newest giant smash change? Thanks in advance.

Smash has been buffed to the Nexon NA version of smash. All values are 100% higher.

Sorry, I'm still confused. Did the previous giant smash change not go through then?

It did not. The previous patch did not properly apply the change. This one fixes it.
