MabiPro: The Authentic Old-School Mabinogi Experience

I left Nekojima before completing my quests there, and I can't figure out how to get back. I read on the wiki that it happens when you take the boat between Port Ceann and Port Qilla, but when I tried that it just took me between the two as normal. Am I locked out forever, am I missing something, or is getting shipwrecked on Nekojima a random affair? I apologize if this has already been answered. I couldn't find any similar questions when searching the forums. T^T

I cant find any information on this.. Its probably random, but if you do get there, you can always buy wings from the chief to get back.
