Patch Files Already Exist error?

So I just downloaded the game last night, and this morning I loaded it up to play, but it says "Failed to update, patch files already exist!", and the start button is greyed out. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but the same thing happens. Maybe I need to specifically do something myself, but I'm not too savvy with messing with game files O: any suggestions would be great!
