If you have a bug, send in a ticket.
We have a discord, I think all the GMs if not most of them are there.
If you send a ticket, you get a response pretty fast, usually 24-48 hours which is natural for all good customer service queues.
Also if you ask around ingame, your question can usually get answered by the community, just sayin'
