I am sure there are other ideas in this same vein, and I would love for others to chime in on this, but here is something I would like to see.
Why is the capital of the kingdom and the heart of all Alchemical research not have the tools for alchemy? No steam ovens or dry ovens anywhere even though there is an alchemy shop.
In Lennox's workshop there are ovens, but they are not usable. So perhaps those are his private ones, but why can't there be public ones in the shop or something?
