Is there a way to get bigger than 1920x1080?
I use 3840x2160 and when I use 1920x1080 I cannot see anything due to it all being too small on my screen.

Also how can I stop the camera from turning by itself? When I fight mobs it turns automatically

Hit 'z' in-game to turn off Auto-POV. In the future, Auto-POV will come in handy when you want to know where North is, namely in the JP-exclusive Nekojima Dungeon.
Concerning "4K" resolutions, it's an old game so I don't think you have the choice to do that and are stuck at 1080p. Instead, please try to use GPU scaling in order to upscale to "4K".
You could also try to do this.
