I'm trying to obtain Ice Spear but for whatever reason Stewart isn't giving the book despite equiping the Elemental Apprentice title and the Ice wand. I've already tried speaking to him with the keyword skill but he's giving me the same dialogue even with the title and wand. Is this a problem that anyone has occured or is it just me?
