Magical Closet refuses to give me my clothes

It's been a while since I came back so I decided to rebirth and wanted to pick up my alchemist in training suit, but it keeps saying: 'This item cannot be traded'. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Does someone have a solution for this? My pet is currently 'wearing' them and it turned into magic closet-only item.

I would certainly appreciate any answer, before I decide to let my closet keep it forever and move on.

Have you tried the pet trade unlock potion Shyla sells for 1000g?
