Hi! New to the server here. So I talked to Stewart to get meditation, and novice rank says "Learn better methods through other people or books." but neither the official wiki or Mabi Pro wiki mentions what book to read or who to talk to.

Any help would be much appreciated!

You got the right book, it's just that book servers are down right now... so reading books don't work
