So currently only humans have the keyword for a pass to TNN. I would like it if elves and giants could receive the keyword from some NPC so they wouldn't have to ask for a port every time they wanted to train windmill.

There's at least 15 players with ports to TNN, and given you have a semi decent machine you just need to get an Avon feather and put another client on and get an alt with an Avon feather there, voila, port to TNN.
