Upgrading Magical clothing

My suggestion is that we should be able to upgrade magical clothing with regular clothing upgrades, for example the Longswordsman Ship Uniform.

Atm it says in game that the items can have 3 upgrades but no NPC in the game is actually able to upgrade the magical clothing.
