Help Disbanding Guild

I just became the guild leader of the guild that I am in and everyone is inactive. I am trying to leave the guild so I kicked everyone out. Now I'm the only one left in the guild and it wont let me disband because it says I need zero guild money. When I try to withdraw money out from the guild, it says "Withdrawal period expired. Guild funds may only be withdrawn for up to one week after winning the majority vote."
What do I do to quit this guild? lol

Is the guild budget supposed to be zero? Because when I try setting it to zero it says my guild budget must be greater than 0.
I set guild budget to 1, then did everything you said and it gives me a message saying, "Withdrawal period expired. Guild funds may only be withdrawn for up to one week after winning the majority vote."

Guild money is 5003. Set a guild budget for 5003 and then wait about 5 minutes, goto your guild stone, and extract the money.

It still says "To disband a guild, your guild must have 0 guild money and you must be the last member of the guild."
On my guild home, it still says that I have 5003 guild money, but my guild budget is now 0.
