0xc000007b error when launching Mabinogi Professional

Hi
When i'm trying to launch Mabinogiprofessional.exe then i'm getting the "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000007b). Click OK to terminate the application."
I have installed Microsoft Visual C++ 2005, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2013. Microsoft NET. Framework 4.6, DirectX End-Time Drivers

I tried to run Client.exe but nothing happens when i run it.

Any help would be appreciated

Thank you, it fixed the problem.

However when i was patching from a version.. I'm getting the "Failed to update: Patch directory already exists!" error in the launcher (using the beta launcher)

delete any dir/file that looks like 215_to_216 or 215_to_216.zip
numbers may be different, but they are failed patches.
