Can't patch

every time I try to update the launcher/game I get a pop up that tells me that Pleionne.dll can't be reached and the launcher says "patch files already exist". I've deleted the files I saw I needed to possibly delete from other threads and they just pop back up into the folder and it does the same thing. PLEASE help me out here, the entire reason I fell out fo mabi was because of all the new stuff and I'm so so so desperate to get back into it with the old style.

You already have a ticket open about this..
Can you tell me if Pleione.dll exists in your installation directory?

On a side note, if you are really desperate, just manually patch the game (and use the alternative launcher as well; you cannot continue to use the standard launcher if you manually patch).

Please remember to read this very carefully. Manually patching is a tedious process and requires repeating steps multiple times until completed.

I fixed it! One of my anti malware programs was blocking the patching. But now I'm crashing as I try to make my character lol any fixes for that?

Not a common issue as far as I know.
Just try again I guess.

Posting the crash log would be useful.
Are you on Windows 8/10?

Well after consistently trying to play now, I see I was wrong lol. I'm only around level 23 now and I'm constantly lagging out or just outright disconnecting.
