I can't get the next quest after Polonios' Request. Did I do something wrong? I've waited two days now, and I'd really like to continue this generation.

Have you finished all of your beginner quests?

The same thing happened to me and it seems that you need to complete all of the beginner quests before it lets you do all of G13's quests.

This is correct. G13 has a prerequisite for completion, and that to complete all of your beginner quests. The precise cut off is at Polonious' Request
