okay so im curious... if i were to delete my characters would there be a possibility to remake my character Minty? i am assuming i dont get a redo card for my elf and giant so i would need to redo full account i am guessing, but would the possibility be there?

If you delete every single character on your account, you will get a new character card.
If a character is deleted, after either 24 hours or 7 days (I don't remember to be honest) the name will become usable again.
