Help! NPC Conversation Freeze

Everytime I engage into a conversation with an npc, a good 50% of the time I end up freezing and end up having to restart mabipro.

I ran the windows 10 fix as administrator. It made me type "y" then any key to continue then it closed. After that, I pressed the part 2 one and it added the files to my registry editor
