Does anyone know, if you run Mabi Prof alongside normal Mabi, is there a chance it could cause any issues? I'd like to do both at the same time but I don't want nexon game security or whatever to pick it up and cause problems.

The normal Mabinogi client should detect it and tell you that you cannot run two Mabinogi clients at once. If you use a multiclienting mod, you should be able to fine though.
