Just now I tried to install mabinogi pro ( I installed the full client ) but it says this, "Failed to update: Could not retrieve remote version"

I tried running it as admin didnt work

help anyone?

This means that the launcher is unable to contact our website.
Check your firewall rules.

i dont really get this, i tried allowing mabinogi pro through the firewall still nothing

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about this.
It is not a problem on our end.

Try a different internet connection, preferably one that isn't subject to firewall rules.

You can try downloading the latest full client installer (268, released today) on the Downloads page, if you want.
