Why not make them unique that they get chaincast for alchemy based on their social level (like wands do).

i wouldnt mind that if its not +4cc at soc 21 like wands, cuz that would be way too low for the dmg output

If anything, it'd just add a % to the skill chance itself. Probably low till 30 honestly. Something like +5% by 21, but after that it starts to shoot up to 10% by 30 and ending at 25% by the end. Chain cylinder is constantly a pain in the ass with how much it wants to either roll a +0 or spam +1s and give you a +4 on a mob that's already at 2hp.

This would be extremely hard/impossible to do as cylinder spirit weapons do not exist ingame so there is no base to modify from.

But increasing probability % for chain cylinder is probably possible.
