I'm a new player who only started an hour ago and I was recently logged out 'abnormally' and can't log in because I already am. I tried disconnecting it, and nothing. HELP!

It's a bug, we're working on fixing it so the wait time isn't so long.

Essentially, when you abnormally disconnect the game server is never notified of that disconnection.
The excessive wait is a side effect of that.
