Launcher troubles - "Unhandled exception has occured"

Apologies in advance if this is a problem thats stated in the FAQ that I somehow missed! Very much new to posting around here. Each time to try to open the launcher I get this odd little window. Unsure what specific things need doing to fix it.

Scrolling through the list it has-theres a whole hodgepodge of file names.
