I have been at this for an hour or two now, and I cannot open the game at all. I have a very small folder of things, am I missing anything? I downloaded the full version, installed, and I am left with a very tiny amount of files. From what I see, there are multiple pictures containing 3 exe files. Client.exe, Mabinogi.exe, and MabinogiProfessional.exe. I, however, upon redownloading, and unpacking multiple times, am only finding two: Client.exe and MabinogiProfessional.exe. I would be super appreciative if someone could explain how to open this to me, as I would enjoy trying this server out. Thanks in advance.

Download the direct file and then put it in your package folder. Hopefully that works.

General procedure to have a Virus-total:

If it doesn't work then just go to downloads and get the Full Client Installer for 214 1.1

edit: I restarted my computer after following one of the fixes in the FAQ for (0x error thing), and the patcher is just a blank screen again. I am running as admin. I have no anti-virus running currently, and I'm lost once again....
