MabiPro: The Authentic Old-School Mabinogi Experience

I left Nekojima before completing my quests there, and I can't figure out how to get back. I read on the wiki that it happens when you take the boat between Port Ceann and Port Qilla, but when I tried that it just took me between the two as normal. Am I locked out forever, am I missing something, or is getting shipwrecked on Nekojima a random affair? I apologize if this has already been answered. I couldn't find any similar questions when searching the forums. T^T

I have no idea what the price of anything is on Mabipro, so I'm unsure of how much to try selling items for in a personal shop, or if I'm better off selling to an NPC. For instance, what do the different types of leather go for per stack? Are there any particular items that are almost always in demand that are worth it to grind a little to collect them? What items are you looking to buy specifically? Feedback is much appreciated.
