Is anyone else having issues with this lately?

When trying to rebirth without changing appearance, I get this message:

And when trying to rebirth and changing appearance, I get this message:

Is there an alternative way to rebirthing?
I'm new so I may be simply unaware of how to do it on MabiPro.

I have not rebirthed before, but maybe it is because my character isn't 14 days old?
