The new bat is undyeable using metal or regular dyes. According to the wiki it should be dyeable: https://wiki.mabinogiworld.com/view/Baseball_Bat

Have you attempted with both fixed and regular ampoules? Some items arbitrarily won't let you random or fixed dye them but the other will work.

Yes, I tried both types of dyes.

Edit: According to the wiki, you should be able to dye it with a normal dye.
