Or change rebirths to be once a week, (and remove the x2 AP to prevent power creep if necessary)

This would inadvertently hurt casual players though, and that'd kill the server a tad.

Skeleton Fomor Scroll Quests : Rewards and required scrolls are now halfed

Yet another nerf? Now Rabbie is truly dead.

It's not a nerf, you just don't need to hold as many to hand them in now.
