MabiPro: The Authentic Old-School Mabinogi Experience

I remember when I played, there was a way to change the ego portrait to whatever image you uploaded... but I can't seem to remember how or able to get hits while searching. Can someone please let me know how it's done? Thank you.

I'm new to the game, so I am not sure how buffs like these stack, but isn't the Friday bonus supposed to give me 20% more gold, and merchant destiny 50% more gold? Doing part time jobs on Friday or not are only giving me a flat 4x bonus. Does the biggest bonus override all other buffs?

All the guides and googling never mentions on how to get there. I'm by the blimp in Emain Macha and there's no npc or things to click. Talking to Aodhan with the key word just makes him tell me that he knows nothing.
