While I only speak English, I'd be willing to help with proofreading if machine translation is necessary to ensure we don't have any engrish.
That's the normal UI size. Mabi is ancient and poorly designed, the UI is static no matter the resolution. So it's also near unplayable at small resolutions.

your monitor is tiny
you have something wrong with your monitor settings

For the record, a Sprint skill and a Teleport skill are both possible, however it would take an exponentially large amount of work compared to most things we do.
I believe someone in the discord was actually working on a sprint skill, last I heard they had rank N in a working state. Boosted your move speed by a % while draining stamina.

If we're not doing away with the max durability damage, then I see no reason to get rid of this. It's part of vanilla item balance.

I don't see the reason for mana evaporation either, but its part of vanilla mabinogi and there's a very vocal minority who want to keep it.

Oh god yes, please no stun/heal pets. Those were the point where mabi's balance died for me.
