The repair was flawless.
Unfortunately, during our last game update, a large mistake was made that caused the Bow Mastery and Crossbow Mastery skills to disappear.
The data related to these skills was wiped from any character who had logged in after the maintenance.
We identified the problem as soon as it was reported and promptly shut the server down for maintenance Unscheduled Maintenance 10/21/2017.
Despite our swift attempts to preserve character data, it was too late. Many characters were already permanently affected.
During the last unscheduled maintenance, we manually analyzed the database and logs extensively to figure out which users were affected, and what ranks they had for these skills.
Despite knowing what skill level these players had, we cannot revert them due to database complications.
Instead, we decided to give all affected users a full AP refund and a 2X Combat Training Potion.
This is a list of affected users that we determined during the maintenance:
If your name is on this list and you would like to receive compensation for your lost skill, please open a ticket. We will gladly send the compensation stated above your way.
If your name is not on this list and you think it should be, don't hesitate to open a ticket as well and we will look into it.
We're sorry about the inconvenience and will make sure that this mistake never repeats itself.

closest thing that'd be easy; the old iria treasure chest event. essentially the loot boxes you got from l-rod exploration, but they had better loot in them.

Your ping test does not look right at all.
What IP are you pinging?
For reference, you should be pinging our game servers- not our web server.
Login server: login.mabinogi.ir (random between the three below)
HA node 1: eins.mabinogi.ir
HA node 2: zwei.mabinogi.ir
HA node 3: drei.mabinogi.ir
Ping all three of these, and get separate ping results for each of them.
Each of these servers is located in a different geographical location, so your ping should vary based on which one you ping by anywhere between 10ms to 50ms naturally.
When you login to the MabiPro, one of these HA nodes is selected out randomly.
Flipend0 was mentioning this, however the feature to actually see which HA node you are logged in to has been disabled temporarily.
It's also notable to mention that the ingame ping latency test is not accurate at all either, it has serious flaws which make it appear much higher than it really is which is why Nexon NA disabled it.
If you're still experiencing high delays ingame, you may want to look into disabling Nagle's Algorithm.

Now before everyone flames and trashes this thread let me explain my part of the story.
Over the years i have been casually telling people about Mabinogi whenever it's relevant and the conversation allows it of course, but more often than not when anyone i have talked to about Mabinogi i get one of the two reactions, #1:"It's..old...i may give it a try someday..." or #2:"Never heard of it, not interested" The first reaction means that the person in question won't actually give the game a chance because he/she/it has been turned off by the graphics, stiff animations or similar, while the second reaction is from someone that already plays "the currently best mmo in the world" (World Of Warcraft, Star Wars: The Old Republic, Neverwinter, Lord Of The Rings Online and so on) so why take steps back and play something like Mabinogi?
This thought also stems from the fact that over the years i been playing Mabinogi i have only managed to get 2 out of many people to actually play Mabinogi, and even they have stopped playing by now.
I know that Mabinogi isn't that popular and quite old by today's standard, but this has happened even among people that still play and enjoy older games.

Yes, this is planned. Unfortunately, we're grossly lacking in developer time so plans like this get put on the backburner while more important things are worked on.
MabiPro works best on Windows XP, and Windows 7.
It will run just fine in Windows 8, 8.1, and 10 as well, but you may encounter issues that can be fixed by looking at our FAQ at faq Frequently Asked Questions from MabiPro's Tech(..).

Unfortunately, NiceHash has been hacked.
