MabiPro: The Authentic Old-School Mabinogi Experience

im still having problems it installs and everything but still gives me an error ive done this twice and i dont know what else to do.

but now my character is black and arms and legs are missing and signs and the foxes are also black

i havnt done anything to it but install it like 3 times lol. i also downloaded with mirror2 if that makes a difference.
