To reduce competition and let more people get the Iria dungeon titles:

- Dungeons respawn every day at a set time
- Reduce the exploration exp rewarded from discovering a dungeon to 7000 (+1400 nighttime)
- Enchant drops once a week on Thursday

The time the dungeons respawn should be at a time that is fair for both east and west coast players, I suggest 5PM PST / 8PM EST.

I disagree.
Firstly I don't want to have to find dungeons every time I feel like running Karu for a book or Maiz for a gargoyle statue.
Second, eventually people are going to stop looking for the dungeons, since they already have the titles; meaning that every time you go to Iria the dungeons are going to need to be found before you can do anything in them.
But also, that time is like 1am in GMT (PST +8), and 2am for most of Europe; so we'd still have very little chance of getting the title before someone else finds it.

It doesn't have to be as extreme as every day I suppose. Even 2-3 times a week would help out a bit. As for the time, what about something like 9AM PST / 12PM EST / 5PM GMT?

I've got a better idea: award the title from Maiz Glowing Gargoyle Dungeon. It's challenging enough without disrupting the current system for people wanting to just run the dungeon normally.

Also I'd just like to point out that it might not seem important to you, but when people need to get up early for weeks and still not get it, there's an issue.

Although since the glowing gargoyle already has such a focus on it and the other statues have close to 0, perhaps it'd be an idea to add it to the others instead (last I heard glowing garg sells for 300-500k, while the others... 20-50k?)

Exactly. Glowing Statue for Karu and Mysterious Arrow for Longa awarding their respective titles.

Updated table to be more organized, and added Ranged Attack Swaps.

Need confirmation that AR (and RP Mari's AR), Support Shot, Mirage Missile and Crash Shot works however.

Support Shot and Mirage Missile work. Crash Shot does not.

Also most of the mods aren't togglable any more.

I'm fine with the way MabiPro is being moderated.

Players shouldn't be allowed to get their kicks from ruining the experience of others. Even if there is a block function, it's quite easy to spread rumors and force another player into becoming a social pariah.

While I myself don't really engage in many social aspects while playing MabiPro, it's easy to understand how a lack of moderation will impact the game. Some people will definitely quit because of bullying, and the general environment of the player base will become tainted and nasty over time. This will turn even more new players off and ruin the experience for those who choose to stick around.

It's like advocating for anarchy and expecting a good conclusion - all you'll get is people at each other's throats, because that's what people do when they're not controlled.

Some people are nice by choice, not because there's threat of punishment otherwise.

Considering that elves and humans need a (fairly rare) re-forge in order to charge w/o a shield on live (can be considered a magic buff of some sort), it still wouldn't make sense to give them a shield-less charge for free. Sure, there is an argument to be made about balance, but there's also the argument that giving that ability to all classes would be unbalanced as well. If we're going to change the fundamentals of charge, then here's what I suggest. Make it so charge only effects things related to your size, race and charge rank.

Since giants are objectively the strongest melee race and the largest, they should get an all around modifier of being able to charge things 1.5-1.75 times their size.
Humans are well-rounded, so make them have a modifier of 1.1-1.25
And since elfscrubs are weaksauce, they get a modifier of .7-.8

As for charge rank scaling, I would say every rank adds a .1% modifier to size with rank F starting at .1% added modifier, so a rank 1 would be able to charge something an additional 1.5X my size (though we can go to 1 technically there is no modifier past 6, so the cap is effectively an extra 1.0X added modifier)

No one is going to code something so convoluted.
