MabiPro: The Authentic Old-School Mabinogi Experience

I tried mabipro about a year ago, and came back today to see if the issue stayed. The issue I had was one I think unique to me since nobody could help me in global chat. I am here to ask if a GM can go on my character and try to fix my character bug - since I have tried everything to be able to start G1 (relogging/cc will not help AND I am lv 19 since I am aware you must be lv 15+). I might be dumb, but I can't seem to figure out the issue if that's the case since everywhere and everyone tells me I am supposed to get the morrighan cutscene in order to get the lost earring quest.
