It's time for Content Poll #5! The questions will be posted below in advance of voting beginning. Unless specified otherwise, all questions can be answered with Yes or No, and you will be free to skip any of them that you're not sure about. Voting will begin ingame on June 30. As usual, for a question to pass, at least 75% of voters must have said Yes. Skipping questions does not count as a No vote. For questions with multiple contextualized Yes or No answers, the Yes answer with the most votes will be certified if the question passes, and the No answer with the most votes will be certified if the question fails.

Please note that votes are always thoroughly audited and that voting with alts is not allowed.

The first question is about the Ideal Types system in G2. The current system has been criticized for making very specific demands, which may be difficult to fulfill on servers with lower populations. We propose broadening these demands so that they are easier to fulfill.

maybe its just me but for question 17, 50% feels like a drop in the bucket in the grands scheme of things. is there a reason behind the scenes for not lifting it completely?

#3. I want to hear more about the proposed changes before I vote on this one.

#15. Would this apply solely to ranged attack or would it apply to arrow revolver, magnum shot, and support short as well?

Just throwing out what I'll be voting on and why

1. Yes, encourage people to NOT skip the gens
2. Maybe That's a pretty big balance change and is tough to say, it'd be cool to have a rework to atlatls to allow for upgrades as well, since right now the system is very lacking and any new Atlatl has to cleverly come up with new mechanics to give it damage.
3. Yes (because ultimately it's bad rewards and almost a fun mission)
4. No, make us eat
5. Yes, because it's taming who cares ultimately
6. Yes, but also increase stack sizes of cobwebs and wool to make crafting easier; all of these mats have bags now
7. Yes, perfectly fine since it disallows shop
8. No, I kind of like the different flavor they add and make the server feel unique as an NA player
9. Yes, most upgrades are at their hardest stage now
10. Yes, sounds fun if the items are okay in balance and there's no new BiS items
11. No, reduce their prices. Gachapons should be a gamble to get the items instead of waiting to get the guaranteed item, but doesn't make sense to cost a full item
12. Yes, it's just inconvenience
13. Yes, it'd be nice having all your coins go to one place.
14. Yes, if its 500 and under (boosted)
15. No, you can mod this yourself if you really want it.
16. Yes, even though I know that could be a huge undertaking

18. Yes, as long as we don't also bring the stam scaling on it. It still won't be noticeable damage, but it'll be some damage at least.

1)Yes. Very yes. Ideals are a pain in the butt.
2)Personally, I think giant's throwing attack should aim just like human ranged attack, maybe higher max % while moving, with 3sec cooldown. Never used GTA and this is why.
3)no opinion on 3.
4)Hunger is the most useless feature in mabinogi. It's so easy to carry around a ton of small foods that stack fairly high that hunger isn't much of an issue even before you CAN transform. Whether it restores hunger or not is kinda pointless.
5,6,7)sure.
8)After playing NA Mabinogi for so long, it's weird seeing these two so different. I'm okay with whichever.
9)never bothered with alchemy, so I'll let those who have decide.
10,11)No, but reduce the prices of the gachas. You can wait for the item(s) you want to show up in the weekly shop, or you can take your chances and buy the gacha and pray. Sounds fine to me.
12)race restrictions on summoning were always stupid.
13)red coin bags would be nice, but making them an aution item would be annoying.
14)No. Gathering should only give XP when you gain skillXP in a related skill, as it did before.

19)I say "flash" is a hard no because that'll just be distracting, and a softer no to changing colors because if you use ranged you're used to seeing two 9's anyway and don't need it. It'll really only help new players and annoy old hands. Of course, if you add an option for it to the options menu, that's a whole 'nother story. I'd be all for it then.
20)Some of the starter skills are a bit annoying to first obtain, specifically alchemy, and I'm also wondering why Firebolt and Lightningbolt aren't part of the set. I know *I* am super happy I couldn't accidentally opt out of getting starter skills for free, and since you can immediately reset all the rE skills to rF to put the AP somewhere else, I'm not sure what the point of this question is. So I guess "no"? I could change this later if someone explains how I misunderstood the question.

#4: No, food is in a really useless state partially due to transformation killing off hunger, which leads into;
#16: If food were to be rebalanced, it would lead to more reason to rank the skill, which would really liven up the skills value and possibly bring it up to the usefulness of potion making. TLDR YES

Would really strengthen the fantasy life aspect of Mabinogi if we had to worry about eating. This isn't necessary, but I want to say that hunger isn't just busy work, or padding, it does add something to the game. >More hunger> less stamina to attack with, which can punish you in a fight if not properly taken care of.

I think these changes would definitely add depth to the game, simply due to the fact that cooking would have an actual role in the game. But when it comes to balancing foods, I think it should be carefully handled, food shouldn't just be an extra buff in my eyes, and higher ranks should offer more options, not every single meal in game needs to be useful, but there should be various choices. a couple foods could offer more hunger, while others could be buffs but be really hard to make, or focus in one stat while debuffing the others, and so on

I disagree with 80% of this. Hunger is important in survival games, not an mmo. As hunger builds up, larger portions of your stamina regenerate drastically slower and potions are far less effective. This means you do have less stamina to work with, but even at half SP you'll (eventually) still have more stamina than you know what to do with. It's pretty pointless in Mabinogi when you can buy a few stacks of strawberries from any grocer and be good for quite a while. No benefits to it this way, but also no hassle. Cooking is for the buffs you can just gain on a whim. (Your character's size is also tied to food, so being required to eat good food would just make you fat unless they implemented some custom exercise mechanics for spamming emotes, which could be hilarious.)

I'd learn to deal with reduced or removed trans hunger restoration IFF eating food while hungry didn't have negative effects on your character's appearance. It would be a bigger hassle to avoid being a chonker all the time than it would be to get food to eat.

20. Yes, I wanted to start a new Char with a bunch of friends and didn't want to have to deal with having a bunch of unwanted skills, I like slowly gaining my skills one at a time. Also, the Leveling of Windmill would be easier without the unnecessary CP added with them.
