Change Japanese dialogue?

Hi, I just started playing and read the server notice that a lot of the dialogue is in Japanese and has to be manually translated. How much Japanese is there throughout the game? I really don't want to have to deal with that and would appreciate any advice/solutions.

All items, client interfaces, and most quests are English. The only thing largely Japanese is NPC dialogue, and a large majority of the important dialogues are translated.
