as we are a small community I would think that it would be higly benefical if we would had some kind of voice chat ingame
or by using external programs such as curse ventrilo etc. if posssible that would connect by maps or somthing like that.
just a suggestion though.

We have voice-chat in the Discord server, and not many use it on a regular basis.
