Fragmentation is the best and worst skill you'll ever do
It feels great getting your materials back from making something you never wanted, doesn't it? Recycling materials for training is also great. But we're capped here still, so I won't advocate for the rates on it. Instead, I'm going to give you a list of items you can find in natural play that you can fragment AND a list of items good for ranking fragmentation! It's HERE

You can also find the following enchants;
Fragment (goes on gloves, can be found on Shoes in other alchemists basic and some other missions!)
Fragmentation (green kiwis, rare drop, goes on Headgear. a pear of Fearless Pearl Shine Drops from Pantay are a great piece, since this enchant personalizes!)
Division (you can get this as a burn from the jousting shop, make a pair of Division Fragment Shoes)
Scholar (a body piece found in auction, though you can get the enchant in offering elite!)
Other skills I suggest getting are high alchemy mastery and rank 1 rain casting. Being a royal alchemist also will help get the max rate possible for fragging your equipment. Happy Destabilizing and let's hope for an uncap!
