How is this not a thing? Think of how many dead accounts there are because someone forgot their password and there is no way to recover the account.

Based off a thread I saw, you're support to open a support ticket to request the password using either another account or by creating a new one. I don't know if it works though

It does not work. My friend forget her info and I submitted a ticket for her. No reply. Submitted a forum post for help afterwards. No reply. If there's no way to recover login info, I don't see the point in playing this.
