I just took the boat the Quilla Base Camp.
Did the whole exploration quests.
Entered Quilla Base Camp.
Unlocked the Mana Tunnel.
BUT,
I don't have Continent Warp in my Action menu?
EDIT:
As I was writing this, I figured out it was at the top of the [Menu] (Windows key in game)
