How Does Rebirth System Work? Weekly? Until 20 yrs old?

Well like the title says, how does the rebirth system work? Is it like a weekly thing or waiting til you're 20? And yes I will be new to the server. I just created an account today lol.

2 weeks. You'll be able to rebirth when your character is about 14 days old, regardless of actual character age.
