I managed to finally snag a home for my own on the server and hyped myself up being able to refine and smith all in the same place to consolidate my training and I noticed that the XP bonuses given by the Event don't apply to the residential areas and cut my plans a bit short.

Was this intentional or an oversight? Just asking out of curiosity.
