Someone in Bangor did on official, a lot of the common tools weapons and armor. But I guess I have to look elsewhere or something?

Gilmore does normally have all of the basic blacksmithing manuals in the second tab. I had bought a few as recently as shortly before the last patch. The manuals are all currently missing for me as well.

Yeah, it seems that Flipend0 broke all the manuals during the last maintenance. It should be fixed on the next maintenance.
