Dunbarton Kiosk Location

As the name suggests I would like to ask that the kiosk location be extended to the Dunbarton West Entrance so kiosks could be noticed when coming from the Moongate and therefore they would see more use and traffic, thanks for the consideration!

I would have to look into Kiosk's location positioning code and figure out if it's possible for us to edit it
