It would be a 6/7 floor Dungeon
Floor 1: Accesories
Floor 2: Gloves
Floor 3: Boots
Floor 4: Hat
Floor 5: Armor
Floor 6: Weapon/shield
Floor 7: Regular end chest
How it would work is each floors end chests contains 1-3 pieces of an item. Something like 'Shard of XXX'. You need 10(can be worked on) shards to build the gear and each extra dose you get you can add 1 point to it anywhere(most likely only during crafting it). So if i had 30 pieces I could add say 1 prot and 1 dura. The monsters would all be strong or scale with your cp/ranks/level. The gear itself could be high end gear. I was thinking this could be a dungeon near Tailteann. Let me know if more info is wanted.
Edit: Extra info. If you are in a party, the monsters become that much stronger forcing teamwork

You might want to add "suggestion" in the title.

I do like the idea of new dungeons compared to SM. I believe it would be easier to put a new "difficulty" to an existing dungeon altar than making a whole new one.
I'm not sure how easy it would be to add the shards and recipes you have in mind but the concept is interesting. Now the question is: wouldn't it drive ppl away from existing content providing similar gears ?
It would work best with custom made gears or newly imported ones instead of current high end gears already obtainable.

I'm not sure how useful the accessory floor is since they're only useful for enchants. Unless you play on the extra stats to make outstanding high def/prot accessories but that would be OP.

If you want to please the fashionogis you can also add a floor for special robes.

How to edit title?
I was also thinking of it being custom gears, I had no intention of making already in gears like that

OK, it wasn't clear to me since you only wrote "high end gear".
